Thank you, Alfonso. He's always so calming. He was also right when I was purchasing a house. He saw that a couple was selling and that they would accept my offer quickly. He even saw the couple going on vacation after the sale. It was an older couple selling the house, and they accepted my offer the same day. They weren't going on vacation, but they moved into a senior living community with a ton of amenities, which I can see how it could look like a vacation.
