Introducing Voice & Video Calling!

This week, we’re introducing voice & video calling in the PsychicWorld messenger tool. Now you can have face-to-face conversations with your favourite experts and address the themes and issues you care about in all intimacy, via our great new Voice and Video Messenger Features.

Tired of typing, or do you have trouble finding the words to type and feel more comfortable really talking to an advisor? No problem! You can now quickly start a video call with your favourite trusted advisor in just one click. Simply choose the video icon under the picture of the expert and initiate a video call right from within the existing conversation on the Psychiworld.com website. 

That's it! You're now streaming Video live with your favorite advisor. 

For now, video calls on PsychicWorld are only available for laptop and desktop computers. Also note that not all the experts on the website support video calls. In order to see which experts support video, look for the video icon on the profile placeholders and the pink banner on the expert's profile picture. 

Video calling on PsychicWorld is currently only available for calls made from a computer to another computer and if both parties are using either Chrome or Firefox internet browsers. 

 

 

If you aren't using any of those, video will not work. If you'd like, you can download and install Chrome for free here, or Firefox trough this link.
